it full of fancy trick
wrist locks and pre-empted
moves. In the real world
such techniques just do
not cut it. When faced
with such aggression,
adrenaline kicks in. This,
coupled with loss of motor
skills and everything else
that our body will
encounter, leaves you with
minimal techniques that
will actually be pulled
off in this zone.

CMD is built off of already existing motor programs. These are inherent and already pre-programmed in every person before they were ever taught how to fight. All we are doing in the CMD self-preservation program C.I.A {Combat Intelligent Athlete }is working with evolution and not against it.
CMD teaches off the folllowing guidelines:
1. Build clients functional martial skills off of existing reactionary human movements already present in their body. Simply dont fight evolution, use it.
2. Deliver CMD martial arts skills that will operate at 145bpm to 175bpm and beyond.
3. Work everything under progressive stress inoculation, giving clients time to acclimatize to ever increasing stress, so they can perform their skills under high stress situations.
4. Teach clients MENTAL GAME strategies and martial movements that build psychological armor and superior confidence { Think CM Hand Defense system}.
